We focus on stabilized, cash flowing B/C class assets with a history of healthy rent demand and consistent occupancy. REVA's value-add strategy is to acquire properties that require low front end capital improvements, providing necessary repairs and market driven upgrades, while establishing strong property management practices.

REVA's services consist of deal acquisition, syndication, asset management, rehab, repostioning and disposition. Our team is comprised of real estate focused professionals with experience in real estate development, business ownership, construction management, asset management, complex project financing and tax credit proficiency. Our group has developed multifamily, hotel, mixed use development, commercial and residential projects.
